That is we look at the past financials and trends, make the necessary adjustments and determine what a fair value is for the business. Our appraisal will also show you if you can afford to purchase the business.

Negotiations: Many business owners have rose coloured glasses when it comes to their business. They think it is worth more than it actually is. We are able to assist you in negotiations with the seller to come to a fair price.

We work in collaboration with your solicitor: We think it is important you have a good team working with you through such an important decision and major purchase. 

Due Diligence: Once you have agreed to purchase the business and agreed the price we undertake Due Diligence. We have a proven process that investigates all the important financial aspects of the business to ensure the business should make you the money you think it will. We uncover any concerns we have and provide you with a report outlining our findings.
